Jo England
Jo is a Generalist Psychologist who has completed an extra three year clinical training from the Department. of Psychiatry, Westmead Hospital, and is a Level 2 AEDP therapist. Jo provides a trauma informed therapy for adults over 18 years of age providing support for panic, anxiety, depression, complex grief and trauma.
Jo began working in private practice 23 years ago collaborating with General Practice using the skills from CBT, mindful body work, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Jo also uses attachment and mentalisation therapy, and trauma informed experiential psychotherapy.
Jo describes herself as a relational psychotherapist who believes that our style of attachment and patterns in relationships create both personal empowerment and troubling conditions such as depression and anxiety.

Jo was a chartered psychologist in London UK, receiving employment and supervision for acquired brain injury treatment and support. Training and supervision for FND through her British Supervisor is ongoing, and now included in her work at Westbourne Park Psychology.
